Please read these terms carefully before using the lukbd platform. By accessing or using lukbd you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lukbd ("lukbd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lukbd online casino and sports betting platform accessible at lukbd.ws and any associated mobile or web interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the lukbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the lukbd platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the lukbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail. lukbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating a lukbd account you confirm you are aged 21 or over, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, that you understand the financial risks associated with gambling, and that you are not accessing lukbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Minimum Age: 21+
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use the lukbd platform. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-21 users will be closed and balances forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on lukbd. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If a player is found to have registered multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and bonuses forfeited without notice.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
Minimum Deposit: ৳200
The minimum deposit on lukbd is ৳200. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and participating local bank transfers.
Self-Exclusion Available
Any player may request self-exclusion from the lukbd platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts.

2. Eligibility

Use of the lukbd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. You confirm your eligibility each time you log in to or use the platform. lukbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's registration or account use.

  1. You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other city or region.
  2. You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated by automated means are not permitted.
  3. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of lukbd or any of its affiliated platform providers or game studios.
  4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the lukbd platform or had an account closed by lukbd for breach of these Terms. Players who have been permanently excluded must not attempt to register new accounts.
  5. You are using a payment method registered in your own name. lukbd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name may result in account suspension and return of funds.

lukbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the lukbd platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your lukbd account.

  1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
  2. Each player may register only one account. If you already hold a lukbd account, you must not register an additional account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. lukbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  4. You must notify lukbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. lukbd may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
  5. lukbd reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point. KYC verification may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals held pending resolution.

Account registration is subject to lukbd's acceptance. lukbd reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason. The platform does not guarantee account registration to any applicant.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lukbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lukbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players. All transactions are subject to the following terms.

Withdrawal Processing Times Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1-3 hours of approval. VIP account withdrawals target a 30-minute processing time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment network conditions outside lukbd's control.

Withdrawal Conditions Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied). lukbd reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

lukbd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own transaction fees. lukbd is not responsible for fees applied by your payment provider, and such fees are outside lukbd's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lukbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer.

  1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to read offer-specific terms does not exempt a player from those terms.
  2. Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. If lukbd determines that a bonus has been claimed by the same individual across multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonuses cancelled without payment.
  3. Bonuses are only valid for the promotional period stated in the offer. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited from the account.
  4. lukbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any modification to a bonus already claimed by a player will be communicated to the player in advance where reasonably practicable.
  5. Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any strategy or system designed to create a guaranteed profit or to extract value from the platform without genuine wagering risk. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity — will have their bonus cancelled, winnings forfeited, and account reviewed for suspension.

Seasonal bonuses tied to Bangladesh cricket events — including BPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural occasions are subject to the same general bonus terms above in addition to any specific terms stated with each seasonal offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the lukbd platform are subject to the individual game rules of the applicable game provider. By playing any game on the lukbd platform you acknowledge and accept the game rules of that title. The following general fair play terms apply to all games on the platform.

  • Software games (slots, virtual sports, crash games, fishing games) use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by any player action outside the game's defined mechanics.
  • Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Live game results are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling within the studio environment. lukbd does not operate live casino tables directly and is not responsible for any technical interruption originating within a third-party studio.
  • Sports betting markets and odds are provided by lukbd's sports data partners. Odds are subject to change before an event commences. Bets placed at a given set of odds are settled at those odds regardless of subsequent market movement, unless the bet falls within an error or void category described in the sports betting rules.
  • In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the applicable game provider's error and disconnection policy. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the round may be declared void and any stake returned to the player's account.

lukbd expressly prohibits the use of any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool that interacts with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by lukbd. Any player found using such tools will have their account suspended and any winnings derived through automated play forfeited without payment.

7. Responsible Gaming

lukbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated by contacting the lukbd 24/7 support team at [email protected] or through the account settings where available.

  1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
  2. Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play. This tool is designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent extended uninterrupted play sessions.
  3. Self-Exclusion: Any player who believes their gambling may be becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period the player's account will be suspended and no new deposits will be accepted. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.
  4. Reality Checks and Account History: Players have access to their full transaction history, game session logs, and net profit/loss statements through their account dashboard. These tools are provided to help players make informed decisions about their gambling activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lukbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under 21.
  • Registering or operating more than one account on the lukbd platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
  • Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source to fund a lukbd account or any transaction on the platform. lukbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any money laundering investigation.
  • Using any automated software, artificial intelligence tool, bot, or script to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to all players using the platform normally.
  • Colluding with other players, platform employees, or game studio employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by lukbd.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method not registered in your own name, or attempting to transfer funds between player accounts on the lukbd platform.

lukbd uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Players whose accounts are suspended for investigation purposes will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before a final account decision is made, except where immediate suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

lukbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in any of the following circumstances.

  1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility breaches, prohibited activities, or provision of false information during registration or KYC. In the event of account closure for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and a determination made as to whether it is returnable after deduction of any applicable costs or forfeited funds.
  2. Where lukbd is required to close an account by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order. In such cases lukbd will act in accordance with the applicable legal requirement and notify the player to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Where a player requests account closure voluntarily. A player wishing to close their account should contact support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable wagering requirements or pending transaction holds are resolved.

Account suspension for investigation purposes does not constitute permanent account closure. Where a suspended account investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. The investigation timeline will depend on the complexity of the matter and the player's cooperation in providing any requested documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lukbd's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lukbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from use of the platform.

lukbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. lukbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable. lukbd is not liable for any losses claimed to result from platform downtime, provided such downtime does not affect the settlement of any confirmed wager that was placed prior to the maintenance period.

11. Privacy and Data

lukbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with the lukbd Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a lukbd account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for account management, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement. lukbd applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties. 12. Changes to These Terms

lukbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, lukbd will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For minor or administrative amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the lukbd platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
